Description

 

Nestled within the Chevy Chase hillside, the remodel of this mid-century single-story house comprised of a new 745 s.f. master suite addition with exterior patio on top of a new 2-car garage. The main focus of the project was the panoramic view offered by the site which directed the majority of the glazing facing South to allow light in and create a certain transparency between the house and its surroundings.
